SA logistics operators are document-heavy by nature. Each consignment generates 4-8 documents — waybill, POD, commercial invoice, customs SAD500, packing list, sometimes phytosanitary or other certs. Each gets handled by hand at some point. Compressing the document layer doesn't change how trucks drive or warehouses pack — it just stops the back office being the bottleneck.

Photographed PODs read, signatures captured, exception cases (refused, partial, damaged) flagged for ops review.

SARS Customs declarations parsed; tariff codes, duties, VAT extracted and reconciled against shipment.
Commercial invoices
Customer-side commercial invoice extraction for billing, with three-way match against waybill and PO.
Exception handling
Failed deliveries, partial PODs, customs holds — flagged automatically with proposed action.
TMS integration
Direct integration with major SA TMS systems and custom systems via API.
