How enterprise engagement differs
Formal discovery (4-6 weeks). Stakeholder alignment, system architecture review, security/compliance review, success-criteria definition. This phase exists to prevent expensive surprises later.
Phased build (12-20 weeks). Working in your dev/test environments first, then UAT, then production. Each phase has gate criteria and signoffs.
Production rollout. Phased traffic, monitoring, fallback plans, runbook documentation. IT team trained on operation.
Hyper-care + handover. 4-8 weeks of post-go-live support, then formal handover to your team or a continuing managed-service arrangement.
